Make sure you have GNU Fortran (gfortran) or Intel Fortran (ifort) installed.
Run the following compilation command in your terminal:

  gfortran -O3 stability_regions.f90 -o stability_regions

Run the compiled binary and pipe the input.txt file into stdin:

  stability_regions < input.txt
