Make sure you have GNU Fortran (gfortran) or Intel Fortran (ifort) installed.
Run the following compilation command in your terminal:

  gfortran -O3 porous_media_convection_darcy.f90 -o porous_media_convection_darcy

Run the compiled binary and pipe the input.txt file into stdin:

  porous_media_convection_darcy < input.txt
